Salary: $20.50 per hour
Workplace address: 10 500 avenue Ryan, Dorval, H9P 2T7 (Remote)
- Three-week paid training at our Dorval terminal
- All the equipment necessary to work from home is provided
Tasks/responsibilities:
Answering to customer questions by phone
Take the necessary steps to answer their questions
Pick-up planning
Research for lost packages
Other related tasks
Requirements/skills:
Excellent customer service
Bilingual (advanced)
Experience in problem solving
Ability to work under pressure
Autonomy, resourcefulness
