Bilingual Customer Service Representative

MSi Corp is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our call centre customer service team. Salary: $19.00 per hour (Bilingual)

What you will do here:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from existing and potentially new customers for Bell Canada.
- Responsible to ensure a positive customer experience with first call resolution skills by presenting a professional attitude
- Provide accurate information to all customers while resolving queries.
- Demonstrate active listening and sensitivity to all situations.
- Upsell Bell Canada’s services to customers
What you bring to the table:
- Fluently Bilingual required (English and French)
- Highly motivated individual
- Problem solver and detail oriented
- Negotiating Skills
- Ability to respond quickly to customer calls / high-volume call centre in a courteous and knowledgeable manner
- Strong keyboarding skills and knowledge of PC navigation and Microsoft Office products
- Shift flexibility
- Attendance and punctuality is imperative
- High school diploma or equivalent
Specific job requirements
- Full-time position
- Availability for different shifts (mornings, evenings, and weekends)
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook
Security and Safety:
- Garda Check = A pre-employment background check is required
