Job Description:
- 40 hours, Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
- Read and interpret design drawings
- Collaborate with workshop foreman to provide solutions for design or material issues
- Plan work sequence and cut material to ensure cost effectiveness
- Produce assemblies with accuracy as per drawing specifications
- Organize and label parts clearly and accurately
- Set up and operate various equipment such as torches, drills, various clamping tools, squares, disc grinders and other handheld tools
- Adhere to all safety standards and keep workstation clean and organized
- Provide data for daily production report
- Keep work area clean.
- Liaise with shop foreman pertaining to tool and equipment maintenance and performance
- Have a good attitude and work well with others
