You will perform accounting duties as required to support the Finance function related to Billing, Project Invoicing and Project Support. You will perform the full scope of financial support for operational managers while working under supervision where project set-up, data entry and decisions are occasionally reviewed and/or verified by your manager.
Reporting directly to the Financial Transaction Manager, you will bring 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with high-volume data entry.
This permanent position will be based out of our Calgary or Edmonton Corporate office.
What what you be doing?

Supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and operational leaders during.

Project file set-up, maintenance, and close out.

Providing support with Cost inquiries, Rate Cards, reporting and analysis.

Enforcing practices and procedures by raising invoicing or billing discrepancies to managers or operational leaders.
- Reviewing transactions, confirming compliance with regulations and working with peers to address issues.

Using and creating project templates and project files. Entering data to assist FP&A and operational leaders with processing documents (timesheets, LEMS, vendor invoices, purchase requests, purchase orders, and client invoicing).

Reviewing, assessing, and amending data entries to ensure Projects comply with internal processes and external requirements (i.e. CSOX compliance).
- Generating reports, summaries, and analysis using standard templates.

You have high-volume solid data entry skills with an Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
