Canada Luggage Depot is looking for:
A highly organized and self-motivated individual that cares about their work and has a positive attitude.
Must be available to work Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Training will start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide professional customer service mostly by phone and email and occasionally in person in our showroom
- Provide customers with current product and service information
- Provide timely answers and solutions to any customer service issues, including delivery times, returns and exchanges, warranty information, etc.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly
- Assure proper documentation and communication flow
- Ensure that all dealings are done with the level of professionalism
- Respond to requests from the supervisor/manager accurately and professionally
- Verify and answer voice mail messages and e-mails frequently
- All other tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluently bilingual (English/French)
- Fully proficient with MS Office, Outlook and Excel
- Excellent English and French written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual and proactive
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills (Listening, validating and empathizing)
- Sales and service oriented with a demonstrated ability to listen proactively, identify sales opportunities
- Passionate about helping customers
- Ability to accomplish goals and objectives on time with a focus on quality
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
