Kelowna Dental Centre performs conscious moderate sedation using Midazolam and Fentanyl for advanced dental surgeries, complex care and for reasons such as anxiety reduction. This role involves performing IV and surgical consults, intake forms, scheduling appointments, establishing IV access, administering sedatives, procedural monitoring, discharge and follow-up. It also involves being responsible for all sedation related operations at KDC including adherence to the College of Dental Surgeons of BC sedation guidelines. Clinical and technical skills training will be provided, energetic, genuine, personality is a must. Registered Nurse (RN) License is required.
