Responsibilities:
- Provide home care and assistance to individuals in need
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Utilize behavior management techniques to support individuals with challenging behaviors
- Collaborate with social workers and other professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Assist with lifting and transferring individuals as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home environment
- Drive individuals to appointments, activities, and outings
- Provide direct support in daily activities such as personal hygiene, medication administration, and mobility

- Physical strength and ability to lift or assist with lifting individuals

Note: Prior experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
