tasks this role includes, but is not limited to:
- complete our mandatory training and perform all 10spot services that you are approved for (manicures, pedicures, waxing, tinting + facial services)
- perform services to your utmost ability each and every service
- maintain product knowledge of all retail and professional products
- recommend and sell retail products according to guests needs + requests
- adhere to our health + safety standards.
- perform cleaning duties as assigned to you and as you notice are in need of doing
- additional tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned
qualifications + skills
- must hold an esthetics diploma, and be certified in manis/pedis/waxing/facial services in order to be considered*
- ability to work evenings/weekends
- be an expert in your craft - providing outstanding services + experiences
- provide exceptional customer service
- sales experience - recommend product pairings/follow up appointments to guests in order to provide continuous care
