A line cook will be responsible to prepare and cook assigned food items with precision and accuracy. Part of a line cooks duities will include to organize and clean the kitchen and work areas to ensure proper sanitizing and effecting hygiene. A line cook will need to be skilled in preparing, seasoning and cooking an extensive range of foods. He or she will need to demonstrate the ability to check freshness of food and ingredients prior to cooking in order to excel in this job. Substantial knowledge of food safety and handling procedures will be essential. It will also be significant for a line cook to be able to work in a team environment , acquire exceptional problem solving abilities and take direction.

All cooks are required to wear a mask at all times.
All customers are required to wear a mask upon entry and to sanitize their hands before service.
Sanitation is used continuously to wipe down surfaces
