Position: Customer Service Coordinator
Status: Full Time, 12 month contract
Department: Retail Customer Service
Report to: Retail Customer Service Manager
Location: Remote
The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities and Activities
· Provide customer service support and solutions by responding to claims/enquiries via email, mail, and telephone calls, resolving as necessary
· Investigate complaints to determine course of resolution, including a written response
· Communicate with travel suppliers to gain information and provide resolutions
· Create, manage, and maintain claims ensuring they are being responded to in a timely manner, follow up with suppliers when required
· Discuss with manager appropriate compensation when it involves in house consideration
· Ensure all claims are filed and accessible to fellow team members
· Answer incoming calls related to assigned claims
· Respond to Social Media reviews and complaints
· Respond to TICO complaints
· Respond to BBB complaints
· Other duties as assigned by Manager
The Skills, Experience and Requirements You Need to be Successful
· Minimum of a college diploma or equivalent
· Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience
· TICO Certified/OPC Certification (Quebec)
· 1 - 3 years on-the-job experience and/or performing similar duties required
· Basic PC skills
· Good working knowledge of Word and Excel software an asset
· Excellent communication skills, oral and written
· Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
· Decision making and problem-solving skills
· Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written an asset

· Monday to Friday 10am-6pm
