Reality
- Work longer days during peak season for time off in lieu during the off season

- Work Break Down:
- 35% Hands On Work (training by demonstration/completing complex tasks not suited for general labor)Train staff on industry best practices - overseeing their work
Ensure companies policies and procedures are followed
- 65% OrganizationPerform project kick offs, taking the information provided by the Project Manager/Designers and show to crews - be available for technical questions.
- Organize daily deliveries to construction crews
- Prioritize and schedule the mechanical staff
- Monitor and execute facility and yard organization and maintenance
- Help with Human Resource issues
- During the off season brainstorm and help with efficiency/operational improvements
- Help with winter snow removal operations
