We are looking for a mature individual to support our Marketing Department including performing administrative tasks, conducting market research, updating databases and executing marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Work very closely, daily, with company CRM to enter/track data
- Assist with preparing real estate transaction forms when required
- Handle requests appropriately and effectively in a timely manner
- Provide support to marketing management
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Perform market and client research
- Create reports on marketing performance
- Assist with social media and website content
- Maintain online advertising on various platforms
Requirements:
- Strong written, verbal communication and computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS 365
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task in a busy environment
- Good understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
- Ability to conduct in-depth research
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience as an administrative assistant (real estate environment an asset)
- Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week
Salary: $18.00 per hour
