We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Scheduling Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling energy assessments for our clients and ensuring that their files are prepared and ready for their assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments for energy assessments with clients
- Prepare client files to ensure they are ready for their assessment
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure they understand the assessment process
- Work closely with our team of energy assessors to ensure a smooth assessment process for our clients
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or administrative support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Full time availability (Schedule: Monday - Saturday 10:00am - 7:00pm)
