We are currently seeking a Supervisor with expertise in the field of construction to lead and oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction, focusing on both residential and commercial Tenant improvements. They will excel in teamwork, working harmoniously with our dedicated employees, while adhering to our stringent quality standards and staying within budgetary constraints.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate material procurement.
- Address site-related inquiries.
- Oversee subcontractors.
- Maintain regular communication regarding project status and challenges.
- Monitor field operations to ensure timely completion.
- Attend client meetings.
- Oversee site punch lists.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry
Alternatively:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
