We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.

Salary: $20.00-$24.87 per hour
