Responsible for workers at project sites and reports to the Field Manager

Manages a field crew who perform on-site services including installation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and foundations
Monitors materials and advises Field Manager regarding requirements
Checks on the work schedule with Field Manager
Allots responsibilities to workers based on their skills and gives clear orders
Ensures that safety precautions are implemented during construction promoting a high degree of safety awareness
Deals with any work related problems with workers
Address customer concerns and advise Field Manager
Ensures quality of work in addition to schedule expectations
Ensure all rules of the employer are followed
Trains new workers in different construction works and safety measures
Ensure the safety of tools and equipment used at sites making sure that they are put away after work
Motivation of workers in efficiency meeting deadlines
Sets a clear leadership example in work ethics and quality workmanship
Utilizes good analysis and observation skills
Able to communicate effectively with the ability to work under high stress conditions
Maintenance of all pertinent log books
Provide periodic updates to Field Manager
Perform Trade work as needed to meet the project deadlines ( could include: welding; millwright; carpentry; concrete formwork; cladding)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35.00-$37.00 per hour
