JSD Construction Ltd can provide equipment for the following:
- Oilfield Communications
- Generators
- Portable Lighting
- Surface Rentals
Office Administrator
Duties:
- Invoice customers as jobs are completed
- Record payments from customers as they are received
- Manage and maintain office filing systems, including both physical and digital files
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Respond to emails and handle general inquiries
- Prepare reports, bid packages, and other documents as requested by Management
- Confirm insurance renewal packages are complete
- Maintain equipment database for tracking purposes
Experience:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable office administration
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage 50
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
