· Experience in a similar retail field (Furniture, appliances, high-end electronics sales)
· Proficient with computers, primarily Microsoft. QuickBooks experience is an asset
Job duties include:
- Answering phones and assisting customers with inquiries or directing incoming calls to the appropriate persons
- Creating and putting out price tags
- Assisting Sales Consultants and Management with sales orders
- Providing exceptional customer service both during and after the sales process
- Problem solving and conflict resolution
- High volume data entry using QuickBooks
- Reviewing sales orders for accuracy
- Communicating with vendors, associates, and clients Product monitoring (stock, codes, etc.)
