We are currently seeking to hire Flooring Service Manager for our client's flooring company in Abbotsford.

- Arranging Installation Schedules: Efficiently coordinate and manage installation schedules, ensuring timely and organized execution of projects.
- Directing Truck Run Pick-Up and Deliveries: Oversee and direct the logistics of our truck run operations, optimizing routes for both pick-ups and deliveries.
- Resolving Service Issues: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to promptly and effectively address service-related concerns, providing our customers with swift resolutions.
- Forklift Experience: Utilize your forklift expertise to safely handle materials and assist with inventory management.
- Inventory Requirements: Play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate inventory levels, monitoring stock levels, and contributing to inventory control procedures.
- Candidates with a VALID Canadian Work Permit, Employment Visa, or Canadian resident will be considered for this position. Applications from individuals outside of Canada WILL NOT be taken into consideration.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of management experience in Canada. It is imperative that this experience is prominently highlighted on your resume. Failure to do so will result in your application not being considered for the position.
- Have a minimum of 3+ years related experience in customer service
- Must have experience and knowledge of computer skills
- Must possess and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Valid Forklift Ticket
