Job Summary:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our dealership by maintaining a clean and organized lot, conducting vehicle inspections, and supporting various departments. If you are detail-oriented, adaptable, and possess excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and in proper condition for display and test drives.
- Keep the lot organized, clean, and free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Conduct daily inspections and promptly report any vehicle faults or damages to the management.
- Deliver vehicles to the appropriate departments after sales, trade-ins, or arrivals.
- Safely transport vehicles between branches and buildings, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable condition.
- Maintain a neat and orderly inventory arrangement, keeping track of vehicle locations.
- Facilitate test drives by bringing vehicles out as requested by the sales team.
- Assist in vehicle deliveries to customers by cleaning, refueling, and installing license plates as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the overall dealership operations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly lot and track inventory.
