Aspire LLP is a Chartered Professional Accounting firm that was established in 2008. Our partners have over 35 year of experience in the public accounting field. We seek a full-time administration assistant. You will work on all aspects of the accounting firms internal operations. This position offers the opportunity for growth, learning and competitive compensation. While our industry has a busy season that may require overtime, we strive for a good quality work-life balance.
You will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to: internal record keeping for the office including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and staff benefits, reconciliations and monthly reporting, year-end file roll forwards and client checklists, legal and client letter preparation
Experience in Sage and Caseware is an asset; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Candidates should have the ability to apply professional skepticism, communicative and a team member. The ability to work independently and self-motivated is a necessary asset to the firm.
