We are seeking a Mep Manager to help manage the analysis and implementation of improved business practices. The ideal candidate is on the lookout for opportunities to improve our company, while also ensuring that all projects and initiatives meet or surpass all established goals. An individual with knowledge of Mep is required for this position, as well as strong skills in project management and software development.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of department and division goals and objectives, attend division meetings regularly.
- Coordinate department activities with other departments.
- Analyze data to determine sales trends, customer preferences, and sales potentials.
- Create pitches and presentations to promote products and service offerings.
- Manage a team of up to 10 people.
- Provide leadership to online marketing team by setting goals, providing input on sales funnels and processes, coaching, etc.
