Human Resources Business Partner:
Now is an exciting time to be joining Flexiti as an HRBP, supporting our contact center - which will bring new opportunities and challenges for you to apply your HR expertise. As an HRBP, you will have the chance to shape the culture, employee experience and you will play a critical role in developing and implementing HR strategies that will support the growth and success of this dynamic and rapidly evolving Canadian contact centre.
Reporting to the Director, HR, you will maintain seamless execution of HR services for your client group(s) supporting approximately 250 online inbound/offline agents as well as the centre's operational support functions on all HR related issues, including but not limited to:

Serving as a trusted advisor and coach to management and employees on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
- Partnering with Contact Centre business leaders to identify, develop, and implement HR programs and initiatives that support business goals and objectives.
- Partnering with the HR COE to support and execute on the rollout of regular HR programs related to the HR Calendar (annual performance review cycle, goal setting, career conversations, engagement survey, compensation review etc.)
- Providing guidance, coaching and support to managers on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, performance improvement, ensuring proper documentation.
- Works collaboratively with Director, HR and People Leaders, legal department and HR COE to mitigate risk on complex employee relations cases.
- Review and assess risk on involuntary separation requests. Prepare termination documentation and coach people leaders through the termination process.
- Conduct workplace investigations, prepare investigation reports and recommendations.
- Process accommodation requests, leave requests and return to work plans. Liase with our benefits provider where appropriate.
- Represent the “voice of HR” in contact centre People Leader meetings and Engagement Committee(s). Work with people leaders to develop action plans and recommendations to improve talent related issues (employee engagement, absenteeism, voluntary turnover etc.).
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze results and provide recommendations to improve employee experience.
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and recommend solutions for people-related risk matters. Analyze HR data and provide insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

What you should have:
- College degree required, Undergraduate 4 year degree preferred.
- CHRP designation an asset. French Bilingualism an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of employment related legislation, codes and statues that govern the employee/employee relationship (Employment Standards, Human Rights, H&S) and talent relations concepts and policies.
- 5+ years of related HRBP/Talent/Employee Relations experience. Experience in a high-volume, remote/virtual contact centre strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, influencing, creative thinking and relationship building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, influencing and dispute resolution skills.
- Works well under pressure, high sense of urgency and prioritization skills.

- Ability to work in a matrixed and virtual environment.
