Spectrum Electric Ltd. Is looking for an electrical Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in our office in Cloverdale, BC. You will be working closely with our customers, crew, vendors and management and such must have a pleasant, positive and mature demeanor. The right candidate will be responsible for the oversight of electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the electrical industry
- Project management experience
- Estimating experience an asset
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop & maintain relationships with suppliers, GC’s and customers
- Review of tender documentation (scope of work, specs, drawings, etc)
- Manage and update project performance timelines
- Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress timelines
- Manage purchase and delivery materials and equipment needed for projects
- Ensure projects are in compliance with safety plans and regulations
- Review and be accountable to the financial outcome and timelines of bid projects

Salary: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
