Quality Appliances Repair is looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Customer Support/Dispatch representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and efficiently coordinating our appliance repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat channels, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Schedule service appointments and dispatch our skilled technicians to customer locations promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician assignments.
- Collaborate closely with our technicians and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and timely updates to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy, aiming for swift resolutions and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in optimizing scheduling and routing for maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer support or dispatch roles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to customers' needs.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including customer support software, dispatching tools.
