Job Description: Administrator
Position requires strong organizational and execution abilities, and ability to work with a variety of different people. Position will handle data management, order entry, creation of reports, completing forms, managing document requests, responding to requests for proposals from our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the office
- Provide administrative support to staff members
- Perform general clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an administrator
- Ability to use software such as Google, Office, Salesforce
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
