Job Duties:
- Review damage report and estimates of repair cost and plan work to be performed
- Replace front end components, doors, frame, and underbody components
- Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers
- Remove damaged fenders, panels, grills, and bolts or weld replacement parts into place
- Repair or replace interior components
- File, grind, and sand body surfaces to be repaired
- Inspect repaired vehicles and test drive vehicles for proper handling
- Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams
- Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment
- Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting
- Mix paint, blend, and match colors
- Apply primers and repaint surfaces using brush or spray guns
Requirements
- Auto Body Repairer Trade Certification
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in auto body repair
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and reliable
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player and client focused
- Able to work in a physically demanding environment, which includes bending crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods of time
- A valid Driver’s License
- Able to communicate using the English language is a requirement

Salary: $18.98-$34.23 per hour
