Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional recruitment and professional outsourcing services to technology companies and start-ups. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and recruiting suitable candidates for our clients globally within 24 hours, specializing in North American recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Conducting end-to-end recruitment services for clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
Ø Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates
Ø Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
Ø Identifying potential business development opportunities and developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients
Ø Providing guidance and advisory services to clients on recruitment and business development-related matters
Ø Negotiating business deals and contracts with clients
Ø Keeping up-to-date with recruitment best practices and trends
Ø Collaborating with a team to achieve recruitment targets and meet client requirements
Ø Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify potential business development opportunities
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Ø At least 4 years or above experience is required, as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
Ø Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends.
Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ø Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ø Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
Ø Experience working with technology companies and start-ups is preferred.
Ø Fluency in English is required, proficiency in a second language is a plus.
