We are looking for a Laborer to join our team and help with various tasks. The induvidual for this position will be responsible for completing manual labor tasks, such as fixing the damaged areas of tarp repairs with either material patches or sewing, folding and organizing the tarps, and assisting with loading and unloading products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to lift heavy objects, and the willingness to take on any task assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Repair damaged tarps by heat sealing patches and using a sewing machine.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate machinery and tools according to instructions.
- Work with a team to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Document the time it takes to complete each job.
- Follow instructions from supervisors.
It is required to have a form of transportation to our shop as we are a 15 minute drive west of Winnipeg.
