Office Administrator
Duties:
- Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Managing and organizing files, documents, and records

- Providing front desk support, including greeting visitors and addressing their inquiries
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks and the QA Program as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in office administration or related roles is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Some experience in bookkeeping would be preferable (Quickbooks as well)
