Ital Paving is a busy fast paced paving company
Candidates are expected to use tools such as rakes, tamps, shovel
Experience using a finish rake and or a roller is an asset
Multitasking is required as you are working as a crew with labourers and heavy equipment operators to complete projects
Time management is necessary as it is important to know when and which tools are needed for each project
Following the guidance and direction of supervisors to set up job sites and be prepared for the project
Experience working full days in an outdoor environment is a benefit as weather conditions are variable in our industry

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 12 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- construction: 2 years (preferred)
