About the position
Reporting to the Area Director acts as an integral member of the Kids & Company team who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific childcare center through the conscientious application of Kids & Company standards to achieve our mission statement: to provide quality primary and backup childcare services conveniently located near our children’s parent’s place of work. We aim to assist corporations in creating a healthy work/life balance.

Responsible for the overall operation of the child care centre, which includes staffing, parent tours/orientation, communication with head office and care of all children

Managing the enrollment projections of the centre

Mentoring, motivating, and providing guidance and discipline when required.

Maintaining positive community relations

Manages parent concerns and responds to parent questions

Administrative duties
What you need

BC ECE / IT License
-
Criminal Record Check
-
Valid Standard Child Care First Aid and CPR
-
Immunizations up to date
-
Ability to push, pull and lift up-to 45 pounds
