During the summer break the entire school receives a thorough “house cleaning” with special attention being paid to walls and student desks. During school breaks (Summer, Spring and Christmas) working hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (8.0 hours per day)
Job Description:
The Custodial Assistant is responsible daily for:
- Cleaning hand basins, toilets, walls, and partitions in washrooms
- Sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Cleaning whiteboards in classrooms
- Periodically spot cleaning walls
- Cleaning windows and glass in doors
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From $16.41 per hour
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

- Steinbach, MB R5G 0Y2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)
