Worker Recruitment and Communication Specialist
As a Worker Recruitment and Communication Specialist at WorkWorld, your role will be crucial in building a strong and engaged community of college and university (18-34 year olds) students seeking to earn extra income. You'll be responsible for various tasks aimed at attracting, onboarding, and keeping our workers informed and connected. Here's a list of your main responsibilities:
Worker Recruitment:
Identify and target potential workers within colleges and universities who are looking for part-time earning opportunities.
Develop and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates, leveraging online platforms, campus events, student unions and other partnerships.
Create compelling job listings that highlight the benefits of working with WorkWorld and the flexibility it offers to students. Ensure proper documents are uploaded and verified
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new recruits.
Worker Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for workers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Establish effective channels of communication, such as email, chat platforms, and social media groups, to keep workers engaged and informed, including dispatch of workers.
Regularly update workers on company news, policy changes, and relevant updates to ensure transparency and clarity.
Actively listen to worker suggestions and relay valuable insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
Bi-weekly Newsletter:
Curate and create engaging content for the bi-weekly newsletter to keep workers informed and engaged.
Gather updates from different departments, including new projects, success stories, and upcoming events, to share with the worker community.
Design visually appealing newsletters that align with WorkWorld's branding and resonate with the target audience.
Monitor newsletter engagement metrics and adapt content based on reader preferences and feedback.
Event Coordination:
Organize and promote events that foster a sense of community among workers, such as workshops, webinars, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event materials and promotional strategies.
Ensure event logistics are well-planned, including scheduling, invitations, venue arrangements, and necessary equipment.
Performance Tracking: Worker Ratings
Keep track of key performance indicators related to worker recruitment and engagement.
Generate regular reports on recruitment efforts, worker feedback, and newsletter engagement to assess the effectiveness of your strategies.
Use data-driven insights to refine your approaches and contribute to the overall improvement of the worker experience.
Clients relationship management
Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in worker engagement and communication.
Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the worker recruitment and communication processes based on industry advancements.
Your role as a Worker Recruitment and Communication Specialist will play a pivotal role in establishing WorkWorld as a preferred platform for students seeking flexible earning opportunities. Position: Part Time - 20 hours week leading to Full Time 40 hours week.
Location: Remote: Attendance at online meetings is mandatory.
