PART-TIME OFFICE CLERK
Weekday hours 18 to 21 hours per week
The role of Office Clerk must have the following skill sets and experience:
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills;
- Above average written communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- 2 or more years of administrative experience;
- Exceptional organizational, time management and multi-tasking ability;
- Experience and knowledge with basic accounting principles and familiar with
QuickBooks accounting software;
- Strong ability with office administrative functions and software such as
Microsoft Office products (ex. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
