- Manage, coordinate, and supervise the renovation of Freshslice's retail commercial projects from start to finish.
- Monitor the construction process to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications.
- Negotiate contracts with external vendors, ensuring agreement on terms and budget.
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses from authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting successes and addressing any challenges faced during the project.
- Minimum of three years of experience in restaurant, warehouse, and commercial building renovation.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings, floor plans, and blueprints.
- Proven hands-on experience in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and other handy work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Physical ability to lift, push, move, and carry light and heavy products, up to 25 lbs.

- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full Area, State or Province as a Master Franchisee, you earn a $50,000 referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up buying full single store Franchise, you earn a $10,000 referral bonus.
- If you introduce someone & they end up getting Hired on our payroll as Director of Franchise Sales, you earn $5,000 referral bonus. They will get 100K Salary + 100K+ Bonus. They must be full time, exclusive & live the area.
- You will receive a $1,000 bonus for each successful location you find.

Salary: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
