Job Description

Give advice to local i3D.net teams and employees based on an excellent understanding of the industry, the organization, its teams, strategic directions, and challenges.

Collaborate with the international HR team as well as learn and manage all HR processes efficiently, working closely with various stakeholders to set up HR tools or initiatives.

Build communication plans for HR processes.

Understand, plan, implement and communicate all HR policies and processes in the employee life cycle.

Understand, apply, and adapt existing rules to both the legal requirements and the company's objectives, and conduct initial analysis and resolve any difficult situation needed.

Provide useful data to help align decisions and recommend improvements for existing methods and processes.
Qualifications

University degree in Human Resources or related field
-
4 years’ experience in a senior HR role
-
Demonstrated experience in a human resources role as a generalist in a company with an international reach.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to build positive relationships.

Knows how to organize, plan, and prioritize.
-
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
US labor market experience
-
Experience in remote leadership
-
Knowledge of both Canadian and US local law and regulations

A big plus: experience with change management
