We are currently seeking an RN in the Abbotsford/Mission area to see clients in their homes and provide personal care services. Client care hours vary and could be flexible as well. [Part-Time, Casual Position].

JOB OVERVIEW:
Nursing care
Patients who are in need of skilled nursing care can rely on Caring Touch caregivers to handle all the special needs of each patient. Nursing care includes health care management, medication and pain management, wound therapy, diabetic care, IV therapy, immunizations and more. Nursing care is available to the elderly, recovering patients, disabled and dementia patients who require at home medical care and supervision.

Experience:
-Registered with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
-Previous Experience a plus
Work Requirements:
MUST be qualified in/to perform:
-PICC Lines
-Administer IV Antibiotics
-Wound Dressing
-CADD Pumps
-VAC Dressing
-Providing Assessments & Reports
-Foley Catheter
Continued Work Requirements:
· CPR/First Aid
· Criminal Record Check
· Covid 19 Immunization Record
· Recent TB Shots/Immunization Record
· Ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families
· Ability to move around different locations I.e. Valid BC DL, own vehicle (The ability to drive opens up more clients for you-You will need to provide a Driver Factor Report)
· 2 Professional References
· Food Safe BC is a plus
· WHMIS is a plus
