Administrative Assistant
This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for permanent part time work during the week. Shifts will be Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm, 2 - 3 days a week as needed.
We are looking for a cheerful and motivated front office assistant who can greet our drivers and assist them with the weekly rent process as well as assist our A/R with invoicing in data entry and when needed - collections.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and customer service
- Greet and assist drivers, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Organize and maintain files and records, filing
- Assist with data entry and invoicing processes
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and email
- Experience using point of sale systems (POS machines)
- Experience in Sage 50 Pro or similar accounting software
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work with others in a shared office setting
