Senior Property Manager
Building Management – Vancouver, BC
THE COMPANY
A very well-established property Management Company, with a mixture of sizes of multifamily properties located throughout the lower mainland and the island.
JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQURIEMENTS
Full time position to oversee approximately 1500 units. Travel to the properties will be required. A reliable vehicle is also required.
-Hands on property management experience required. A minimum of 7+ years in the industry.
-Experience in dealing with management of staff, tenants, trades, general maintenance, capital projects and the ability to oversee and work with engineers on building restoration projects.
-Ability to provide leadership and supervision to the Resident Managers.
-Ability to implement corporate initiatives and monitoring daily operations.
-General accounting experience required for: preparing budgets, overseeing income and expense statements and overseeing year end audits conducted by an accounting firm.
-Ability to effectively negotiate service contracts, appearing at Residential Tenancy hearings or liaising with civic authorities or emergency service personnel.
-Working knowledge of RTA (Residential Tenancy Act).
-Ability to manage a portfolio of approximately 8 sites.
-Computer literate and able to work with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and customized software.

Our company is actively looking to fill this position. With the right fit of individual and, experience, salary considerations are from $80,000.00 and upwards, salary will be based on experience.
