Successful candidates will have industry experience and strong knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC equipment and systems, along with the following skills:

- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Experience with MS office programs
- Comfortable with industry standard dispatch technologies
- Familiarity with Lennox Equipment would be an asset
- Experience with residential unitary HVAC systems and controls is a requirement
Experience with some or all of the following systems would be expected:
- Roof top equipment
- Package heating and cooling units
- MUA units
- Residential and commercial boilers
- HRV’s and ERV’s
- Geothermal systems
- Building heat pump systems
- System controls
Responsibilities
As an HVAC Service Technician you will be responsible for the following:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
- Clearly communicate both verbally and in writing; issues, diagnosis and resolutions.
- Source and order repair parts when required.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with every service call.
Required Qualifications
- Red Seal Journeyman/Journeywoman Refrigeration Technician or registered apprentice
Other Qualifications (In house training can be provided)
- AWP Certification
- Confined Spaces Certification

Salary: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
