WHO WE ARE
Blue Water Wash, part of the Steve’s Livestock Transport group of companies, is a team of professionals dedicated to the thorough washing of transport vehicles and equipment to ensure quality, consistency and improved biosecurity.
As the Scheduler/Administrative Assistant, you would provide professional customer service to internal and external clients, while managing the phone system, directing all requests and answering inquiries where appropriate. This role also performs scheduling, accounting and HR functions while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude while building respectful work relationships.
YOUR ROLE
o Operate phone system
o Greet all customers, drivers, and visitors
o Accurate delivery of all messages and information
o Prepare and price work orders
o Charge customers and receive payments
o Balance cash register daily
o Administrative support for Site Manager as required
o Enter daily wash reports
o Assist with Operations as required
o Conduct interviews
o Facilitate new hire orientation
o Enter new employees in time and attendance system
o Daily time and attendance approval and adjustments
o Submit Payroll Report
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Intermediate to Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities as well as multitasking between different requests
- Flexible to support evolving requests as per business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Previous experience in an administrative role and office environment is preferred
- Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration is an asset
