Injex Beauty Clinic is a fast growing medical spa that was launched in November 2020. We specialize in medical aesthetic treatments including botox, fillers and PRP. We are looking to add an reception/office administrator at our brand new Yorkville location. Candidates with Med Spa experience will be prioritized.
What we are looking for:
- Medical Spa receptionist
- Part-time options available
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Checking clients in as they arrive; offering them a beverage and taking their coats
- Answer phone calls, check emails and confirm appointments
- Book clients via computer software
- Answer client questions via email or phone
- Build friendly, trusting relationships with our clients
- Cash-out clients
- Ensure to keep working area tidy
- Assist the nurse where required
Requirements:
- Excellent Written and Oral communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Basic math skills
- Organized and is keen to detail
- Great customer service skills
Overall Requirements:
- Must be able to work on Saturdays as well (Shop is closed Sunday)
- Good work ethic and motivation to learn more
- Must be punctual, reliable, and a team player
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
