Duties:
- Assist customers in the shop and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment
- Stock shelves and display merchandise
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure efficient completion of duties
