New neighbourhood drinkery opening this fall in the Downtown-East area (between Corktown & Cabbagetown South). Looking for bartenders with experience in wine & cocktails, either full-time or part-time. Shifts are either 1pm - 7pm or 6pm-midnight. Well-rounded bartenders who have knowledge + experience in both wine and spirits will be prioritized, however if you are particularly strong in one of the two, we encourage you to apply!
This position requires the ability to adapt and think on your feet while maintaining good customer service in a fast-paced environment. Afternoon shift in particular will involve providing support to baristas while also handling alcohol orders. Serving experience is a plus.
Must have Smart Serve and Food Handler's Certificate.
Knowledge of French an asset.
