We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our dynamic team at LAMA. We specialize in the manufacturing of high-quality roofing membranes. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will work under the guidance of a Supervisor to ensure that operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and operating machinery for the manufacturing process
- Handle raw materials and finished goods with care, following all safety protocols
- Inspect product for quality assurance
- Assist in maintenance and cleaning of the workspace
- Work cohesively with a team to meet production goals
- Follow all company policies and guidelines
- Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Supervisor
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or general labor is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic understanding of machinery operation, or willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Commitment to adhering to safety procedures
