Breakfast restaurant with daytime hours is looking for someone who can work weekends and holidays.
- Promptly clean tabletops and chairs with appropriate cloth and sanitizer. Check floor and clean as required.
- Promptly clear tables after guests leave. Take tableware to side station and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.
- Reset and arrange tabletop (creamers/milkettes, sugar, syrup and ketchup)
- Respond appropriately to guest requests. Communicate guest requests to appropriate team member
- Assist server as needed with clearing of plates, re-filling coffees etc.
- May need to assist with dishwashing as required.
- Maintain a neat and clean side station – clearing of plates, glassware etc.
- Have a positive and cheerful attitude
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
