Titan Bay Management Ltd is a well-established construction management firm, currently seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
- Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving potential issues or delays to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and cost variances, and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and adherence to project plans.
- Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field .
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
