We are an enterprise located in Markham currently seeking a full time, enthusiastic and self-starter individual who will provide confidential administrative support, and function with a high degree of attention to detail, quality, accuracy and prioritization of work in a team setting. The successful candidate will be adaptable to handling multiple projects simultaneously, possesses proficiency in all components of Microsoft, displays a professional telephone manner, and has the ability to work with time sensitive tasks, excellent proofreading/editing skills along with advanced written and spoken English attributes. Additional duties include some reception responsibilities and information processing (reviewing, collating, assimilating and entering files into database system).
