Job Description:
We are actively looking for an organized Administrator to support our Operations department, specifically in areas such as purchase order (PO) generation, receiving, and a range of other tasks. Our ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
This role will be working a hybrid model of both office-based from the Calgary corporate office and remote working.
What would you be doing?

Assist Project Managers in creating purchase Orders.

Track all purchases and associated commitments for the business unit.

Ensure receiving goods and services are captured and tracked.

Act as a liaison between Operations, Finance/Accounts Payable, Vendors and Procurement to expedite third party invoicing.

Work with Billings to ensure third party tickets are created for clients.

Have 2-5 years of administrative experience.

Proficiency with core Microsoft Office suite programs.

Ability to create and maintain accurate and organized documentation.

Ability to work in a dynamic role and adapt to a changing environment.

Can multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization.
